The housekeeping manager is very rude and lied stated first I was smoking in the room. Then stated an excessive cleaning fee of $150. When I call requesting the general manager name and email the front desk hung up on me several times. My room phone did not work and was missing button. The walls were dirty and the tv was glitching. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The bags provided for the trash can was paper thin and easy to break. This was my first and last stay! I would not recommend this property to anyone. "

"Pool and dining were under construction. Breakfast for two ($40) in the makeshift lobby restaurant was awful and while the servers were nice, they were disorganized, slow, and forgetful. When we asked for recommendations for a place for dinner all we were told was Ruth’s Chris- which was disappointing and overpriced."
