"The hotel staff was outstanding. Super attentive to our every needs. I called them when I broke the conditioner dispenser and they came to our room within minutes to replace it. They always greeted us when entering the property or exiting the elevators. We ate breakfast there and the food was superb! I will definitely be back!!"

"This hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of Makati with numerous shops, restaurants and clubs/bars within walking distance. The facilities/room were clean, but the room is very small, with little, to no amenities at all. No drawers, no closet, no refrigerator, microwave, or in room coffee maker.... nothing but a small room safe and a flat screen TV on the wall at the foot of the bed. Speaking of beds, the bed was comfy with soft fluffy comforter, and down pillows. Overall, if seeking just a place to sleep and be out and about otherwise, most of the time, you cannot beat this clean, well located hotel and its great, courteous and professional staff. Shooters Bar & Grill adjacent to the hotel is a very fun, communal bar, with 2 pool tables, karaoke on Wednesdays and Thursdays and live entertainment on Friday nights too."

"Short Stay Approved - Not enough time to really explore the hotel, it's very clean overall and fairly centrally located to the action in the area within walking distance. Spacious room, more on the modern feel, doesn't feel outdated, I don't recall how frequent room service was, but the big downside is the 1 beach towel in the bathroom... not sure if you need to request more towels and will receive them. Pool area looked good but only up there to take a few photos. Elevators feel a little congested and slow - again, for a 2-3 day stay you're gonna be fine, longer than that I can't say if it's better or not."
