"I have stayed at the Fairmont Makati numerous times over the past 5-6 years and have never been disappointed. The staff is amazing (special thanks to Kat and Jamie during my last stay 7/11/26-7/14/26), and there is a stress-free ease of navigating around the hotel (lounge, restaurants, spa). The food (recognizing numerous preferences including healthy, vegan, international) and cocktails are excellent. The room is spacious, luxurious and very comfortable, further defining what a 5-star luxury hotel should be. Whenever I visit Manila, this is the only hotel I choose due to its unwavering quality and service."

"The room had no fridge and I think in a hot country you need fridge to store your cold water and Coca-Cola and beers if you buy any also there is no free bottles of water. Normally each room will have two small bottles of water and I was disappointed on that the shower gel or shampoo thing was empty in the bathroom normally that’s topped up but the staff were good. I did pay for breakfast, but when I got to the canteen that told me I did not pay for breakfast but I have a receipt showing that I get paper breakfast and they would not honour it so the red planet as four stars are five for me"
