"The only place to stay! I stayed here for one night and it was wonderful. The staff is amazing - very welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy. The rooms are amazing, lots of room and very well designed. Breakfast - yes!!!!! A great buffet with cook to order eggs. Mermaid Pool - beautiful, make sure you get there early because spots go quick. "

"Amazing hotel! It was beautiful and so comfortable. The gym and pool were excellent and the pool bar had a great vibe and looked stunning. The location was perfect, you’re close to everything, it’s very easy to get around or grab rides. Definitely will stay again when I come back to Manila and will be recommending it!"

"I’ve stayed at the New World for many years. It is welcoming and reliably clean. The staff is always friendly and amenable. I will say as a frequent quest the facility is starting to show its age. I notice stains more often, minor damage to furniture and cabinets as well as tile work and grout starting to falter. The breakfast buffet remains top notch."

"Clean room. Complete appliances. Microwave isn't working but it's okay because they have induction and cookingware. Nice View and I love the bathroom heater and washing machine with air dryer. Thank you"

"We were here for a month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While the property was beautiful, the room furnished in lovely fashion, and entirely comfortable, and with all the food options in the hotel and the variety of restaurants and commercial outlets within easy reach of doors.... .... still, what stood out was the staff. Always kind, always cheerful, always friendly, always helpful. Everyone was our best friend at first sight, it seemed like. We could not have had a more welcoming and solicitous crew, from the front desks to the shops, to the concierge, to housekeeping, to everyone in a uniform who greeted us with a grin and hand on their heart. We were sorry to leave. We loved our stay."
