"From check-in to check-out, our experience at Westgate Lakes Resort was disappointing. The staff was rude and unprofessional, making us feel more like an inconvenience than valued guests. Customer service was lacking, and requests were met with little interest in helping. The resort itself is showing its age. The furniture was very dated, worn, and in need of replacement. The drapes looked old and tired, adding to the overall run-down appearance of the room. While the property has potential, it feels like many areas have not been updated in years. For a resort that promotes itself as a premier vacation destination, the accommodations and service fell far below expectations. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it based on our experience."
