"The hotel was awesome and cleaned. The room was very spaces and nice big King Size bed. Friendly staffs and was very helpful to help us deal with a flat tire. Continental breakfast was very ordinary and not much choice. The location was awesome. Surrounding with restaurants, shopping store and department stores. Will definitely come back if we ever go to Montreal again."

"I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has so many good reviews. The lady at the front desk was great but it ended there. The only lock to get into the room is the key pad. No extra lock inside so truly anyone could come into our room. We were given the wrong number to enter in the entrance key pad. There was stains on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub. Dirt on the walls, wires hanging, paint peeling in the ceiling. We didn’t even stay one night because we didn’t feel comfortable. Expedia tried to reach out to the hotel numerous times for us to get a refund and no answer and were still waiting to get a refund. I can’t even say this was an overall cheap stay either. It was maybe $10 cheaper per night than the sandman."
