I was very pleased with how clean this property was during my stay. The staff was extremely nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall our stay was good. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Actually ended up sleeping on the sofa for the duration of the stay. The rooms were updated and well kept. The Bistro served good food and it was a bonus to have a bar so the adults can grab a beverage. The lobby area was a great way to hang out with fellow travelers. Had sufficient seating and the fire pit outside was a nice touch.

When we made a reservation, it says "Breakfast for 1" but there is no breakfast. I asked them but no clear answer during 4 days stay.

There should a time posted at the bistro dining area. I also think it should be open longer for breakfast than 10am. Need a thermostat in the fitness center, it was a little warm while working out. The place was very clean staff was nice. Very happy with our stay.

Lazaria, the front desk person seemed like she could care less about what I needed. This person should be behind a desk and not in contect with people!! Basically i asked for a cart to carry luggage to my room. She grunted out "at the end of the hall way" I asked which way? her reply was either so I went to the right side and nothing, the I walked to the other side and nothing there either. I want back to ask for help and this time she said down by the elevator so I walked to the right and all the way down the hall to the elevator and NO cart! I went back to the front dest and asked for help... she shrugged her shoulders and was not willing to do anything. I will NEVER stay at this location again!

Very clean and lovely lobby area to hang out. Friendly staff at the bistro counter. Staff at check in were a bit unhelpful and unconcerned.

The room smelled of cigarette although I asked for non smoking. The rug in the room was stained with red dots that looked like blood stains. We didn’t get our room cleaned nor did we get fresh extra towels. I booked a room with “city view” but instead faced the inside of the courtyard. I wouldn’t book here again. It’s nothing like how it was advertised

We are disappointed you did not enjoy your stay with us. This facility is non smoking and we enforce this policy at check in. The red dots were not blood rather hair dye, we are looking to replace soon. We apologize we failed to meet you expectations.

Decided to stay over there to have a break from the city life and relax. The place was quiet and well maintained. That was a wonderful time.

They had to change us to other room because refrigerator not worked. Then they charge me $20.00 for 2 water bottles. When I called them they said they charged 2 beers.

No microwave , nor coffee compliment or dryer - not suit for a family

I apologize, if we did not inform you, but microwaves are available upon request. hair dryers are located in the bathroom behind the door, and Courtyard brand hotels does not offer complimentary breakfast. Thank you for your feedback.

All the staff at this hotel go above and beyond to make you happy, comfortable and help you- including when your Uber Eats driver isn’t comprehending the room number- they’re on it. Love the ability to open the slider for fresh air and the rooms are cozy.

So quiet, stayed for one night. I have SUPER high standards when it comes to bed comfort and noise levels. Slept like a rock. Super nice for the price!!! Will be staying here again :)
