"I highly recommend this place! The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. After we checked in, one of the owners even drove us to a scooter shop to rent one. You might think it sounds like a scam, but I promise it’s not the process was super easy and the price was very reasonable. The room was excellent: very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. The location was great as well tucked just off the main road, giving it a cozy, quiet feel while still being close to plenty of food options. It was also only about 25 minutes from Khao Yai National Park, which made it the perfect base for exploring. Cozy Creek also has a small café on the property with delicious food and drinks, which was such a nice bonus. The whole property truly lives up to its name warm, inviting, and peaceful. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. We loved our stay!"

"I recently booked the "Suite Two Twins Room," which was described as suitable for 3 people. However, upon check-in, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional 1000 baht for a cot, because of three of us in the room. This seemed overpriced, and we ultimately didn't need the cot. Additionally, the hotel restaurant's food was expensive, and the portions were quite small. While there was a happy hour with a "buy one, get one free" certain alcoholic drink offer, it seemed to only apply to juice, which was disappointing. The room itself had issues with drainage, and in the middle of the night, we ran out of toilet paper. Unfortunately, there were no spare rolls available, which was inconvenient. The room also lacked sufficient trash cans. On a positive note, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, in our opinion, the overall experience did not justify the high prices for the facilities offered. Based on this experience, we have decided not to book this hotel for future stays. "
