The rooms were clean and had lots of closet/drawer space. The pool was great to have for cooling off. Great atmosphere for hanging out around the pool/library/outdoor picnic area. The restaurant is a bit underwelming. Open for breatkfast only until 11:30 a.m. Food was ok but not much to write home about but there are tons of options nearby. About a football field from the beach. Hotel is on a corner where the breeze comes up from the ocean which is nice. Good value for our $ for sure.

Cuarto asignado: Mariposa. instalación eléctrica muy deficiente, apagadores y enchufes casi a nivel de suelo, espejo de baño sobre una ventana, boiler dentro de la habitación cubierto con un gabinete de madera junto a la cama (increíble pero cierto) con peligro de fuga de gas y de incendio, base de cama horrible con rechinidos tremendos, puerta de entrada a habitación que no abría totalmente, habitación mal distribuida y con un baño y ducha muy grande. La habitación con un solo buró, podría ser más grande y el baño más pequeño. Ademas la habitación está ubicada junto a un taller del hotel muy ruidoso y con música a todo volumen. Conclusión: No se si las demás habitaciones estén mejor, pero en la que estuvimos no debería asignarse. Fue decepcionante para el precio que pagamos.

Como usted puede ver en su reserva, la habitación que usted compró fue una Estándar (1 cama Queen) no tiene opción para elegir entre 1 cama o 2 cama, esas son otras categorías. Lamentamos lo sucedido pero por protocolo las habitaciones con 2 camas tienen un costo extra, al igual que las cancelaciones dependen de su política y la de usted era no reembolsable. Nuevamente le pedimos una disculpa pero nuestra compañera actuó como lo marca el protocolo. Espero pronto puedan regresar y darnos otra oportunidad. Saludos

The rooms need updating & blockout curtains. There was a dead cockroach in our room. The pool area is very clean and nice. The location is perfect as it’s close to the beach.

No parking and no elevator. Our room was on the third level and it was tricky to go up and down the spiral stairs.

Our family really enjoyed the pool. The rooms were great but could use a bit of maintenance and updating, specifically the shower heads. We’ve frequented this area and something we didn’t enjoy this time was the amount of trash surrounding the hotel. On one of the times we were exiting the hotel, we witnessed a stray dog pooping on the hotel name sign.
