"The reservation was made 10 months in advance and still received a room that was less than desirable. The room’s furnishings were tired. The room was in a noisy part of the hotel which overlooked a warehouse and trucking operation. "

The location worked well for as we were there for the Olympics and used the train daily to get to the venues.
