I was worried that I wasn't able to check in late since I thought their check in time is until midnight, but then I called to confirm that they do have late check-ins till 2 am which is convenient.
The front desk lady was very generous and friendly, and gave out clear instructions for the room policy and how to access the gate.

"We visited Seattle for a family birthday and stayed in the Courtyard in Kirkland/c it was the only handicap accessible room to be found in the area. Kudos to Courtyard!
Very nice. My only criticism was that the bar was not open on Sat evening. Sometimes I enjoy a nightcap at the bar.
We took public transport to the Public Market and it was easy, bus stop close to hotel, inexpensive, and speedy enough to offset driving. Plus scenic. "
