"We had an absolutely flawless stay at this hotel! The location in the historic Shockoe Slip neighborhood is perfect. We were able to walk to amazing local restaurants, cobblestone streets, and the beautiful James River canal walks. The hotel itself does a wonderful job of blending modern comfort with the area's historic vibe. Our room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a very comfortable bed and crisp linens. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome from the second we walked through the door, offering great tips for exploring Richmond. Having the Bistro on-site was super convenient for grabbing a quick morning coffee and breakfast before heading out. Whether you are visiting for work or leisure, this hotel is a hidden gem in downtown Richmond. We will definitely be staying here again!"
