"Mold on the ceiling, broken tv, curtain falling off rail, stains everywhere. To quote the manager, “You booked a room not a picture”. The room they gave us was certainly not in any pictures they advertised, it was absolutely decrepit."

"Fantastic stay. On arrival met by staff who showed us around. Pet friendly with dog walking field at the back. We stayed in Primrose tent. It was lovely.
