As an ‘airport hotel’ I would expect a shuttle or some sort of service to the airport. It’s a basic hotel with nothing special though clean and relatively comfortable. But only option to airport is taxi/uber. No reason to stay in this location.

Habitación super grande, acogedora y limpieza

Viajamos en familia 4 personas y había una cama enorme y otras dos supletorias de 90 y aún así quedaba bastante espacio en la habitación. El armario se encontraba en otra estancia tipo vestidor y el baño también muy grande. Todo muy limpio. La verdad que volvería sin pensarlo

Overall a decent stay

The property is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the airport, which was a plus. However, check-in required quite a bit of personal information (address, phone number, email), which felt a bit excessive for a low-key hotel. The room was clean, though fairly basic—nothing particularly memorable. We stayed, a family of 4, in a corner room and could hear some noise from children in the room above, which affected the quiet a bit. There’s a park right across the street with a few restaurants nearby, which made grabbing a bite easy, but there isn’t much else to explore in the immediate area.

Although this is labelled airport it's still quite a way. 23 euros on Bolt. Worst thing was no kettle , which you have to ask for and have to pay a 10 euro deposit. Then also ten euro deposit for an extensíon cord. This penny pinching really lets an otherwise quite nice place down . It's not good to not feel trusted. Takes an hour to get to the centre of madrid, train is a 10 minute walk.

Room for improvement

Hotel needs updating and we were not provided enough towels. Air conditioning was turned off when we were getting dressed without prior notice. Staff initially told us it broke down and they could not tell us how long it would take them to fix it but when we indicated we would be switching to another hotel, we were told they were updating the thermostats and had briefly disconnected the units on our floor. In the end, the issue was resolved but would have preferred for them to be more straightforward about it.
