Dear Evi, Wat geweldig om te horen dat je zo'n goede ervaring hebt gehad in ons hotel! We zijn blij dat je onze locatie perfect vond voor het verkennen van Madrid en dat ons personeel zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam was. Het spijt ons echter te horen dat je last had van bouwgeluiden van het naastgelegen gebouw. We zijn blij dat ons personeel snel een oplossing kon vinden door je naar een andere kamer te verplaatsen en dat het lawaai daar veel minder was. We zijn ook blij dat je genoten hebt van de comfortabele bedden en de schone kamer, evenals het ontbijt en de vriendelijke service van ons personeel.
