Ottima posizione,vicina a punti di interesse,un po’ rumoroso soprattutto di notte perché ci sono 2 discoteche dall’ altra parte della strada (una LGBT fino alle 6 di mattina aperta ) e l’isolamento delle finestre non è ottimale ,noi purtroppo avevamo anche la camera a piano terra …Le scale dentro alla camera sono un po’ pericolose per uno di certa età (rimpide e strette) e il divano letto non per uno che ha problemi di schiena.La colazione e proprio povera(niente uova) e sempre la stessa….

Je n'ai pas aimé la communication du numéro de la chambre à la dernière minute. Cela n'est pas confortable lorsque qu'on voyage. Il manque vraiment la présence d'une personne à l'arrivée. 2 rouleaux de papier de toilette pour un séjour d'une semaine ne sont pas suffisants. Il manque dans l'appartement le nécessaire pour balayer le sol.

Would not stop here again , very hard to enter the property. No key cards so you need phone , not great when out all day. Did not get our room clean .Avoid)

Property was located close to shopping and dining areas. Breakfast was great, room rates was affordable. Water pressure for the shower was somewhat low, we were on the 1st floor, above a restaurant. Somewhat loud from the diners who were hanging out outside. When the restaurant was closing for the night, a lot banging going on. Only dealt with hotel staff during breakfast, as she was checking which room we were in, other than that, most was done online. Quick response though, when I had some inquiries. Will stay again at Libere Madrid Palacio Real if ever in Madrid again.

Even though there was no concierge, the folks on the app were responsive and helped us each time we needed something and were very pleasant. Big thank you to them! The room itself was fine but odd. The bed was upstairs in the loft area, but the mattress was hilariously stiff. A futon would have been a pillow of softness in comparison. Electric sockets were mostly in inconvenient places, so you couldn't change devices while also using them (Exception being in bed). The bathroom, despite being spacious, was also very cramped due to how the different pieces were installed so there was lots of room except when you wanted to use anything. But other than that it was a good spot, I do recommend it, but people should know that it's not the most comfortable.

Disfrutamos nuestra estancia. Todo está automatizado y no tienes que hablar con el personal para nada. Sin embargo, en la zona hay muchos bares y se escucha mucho el ruido de los alrededores. Cuentan con lockers gratuitos. Lo único malo fue que pedimos check out por la app y lo pagamos pero llegamos a corrernos y nos dijeron que no estaba autorizado.

We were promised two queen beds but only got one and a very uncomfortable pullout sofa. Nobody could sleep on the sofa. We also had to sit in the lobby and wait for three hours while they were cleaning the rooms. There was no receptionist and no place to leave our luggage. We wasted three hours of sightseeing sitting inside and guarding our luggage. Complete and total disappointment.

Center of Madrid, love it. The rooms are clean. There is no staff in the facility besides the house keeping. Everything through online communication which I am not used to. The breakfast is minimal, and when foods like ham or fruit pan empty, they don't refill. In the 2nd breakfast the no fruits.

Wonderful place to visit
This is a very clean, quiet, and ideally located hotel. There are no staff on site, but it is easy to get into, from the front door and your room door, and it is very comfortable inside the rooms.

Loistavalla sijainnilla oleva siisti majoituspaikka, jossa on rauhallista yöllä. Kaksi ilmalämpöpumppua huoneessa viilensi kivasti. Sisäänkirjautumiskoodin saaminen onnistui lopulta hyvin. Kätevää olisi, jos yhteystiedoissa olisi sähköpostiosoite. Sisäilmaongelmaisellakin oli helppo olla. Kaksi parveketta oli kiva juttu!
