I had a dog food bowl filled with food and other dog materials even though I dont have a dog. Unsure if that was intentional. Other than that it was a nice stay and friendly staff.

Front desk was nice to upgrade our room for a nominal charge. We were visiting from the USA and most of the staff spoke only Spanish. For this reason, we were ignored, at the restaurant. No English channels to watch on TV. Bathroom is outdated. Otherwise, our overall stay was good.

Hotel que para ser de 4 estrellas 🌟 no tiene en la Hab amenities que vayan con su categoría. Solamente 1 jaboncito de hotel y el gel de ducha 3 en 1 (gel, champú, acondicionador). Escases de enchufes en la Hab. No hay teléfono de emergencia en el baño. Por otra parte: muy buen desayuno en mesa buffet. Atención del personal muy buena. Isabel en recepción y trabajadores del desayuno.

Bliver modtaget af personale som ikke kan snakke engelsk. Toiletsæde går i stykker men bliver fikset sidst på dagen. Men må snakke med flere personale. Morgenmads buffet var tør, uinspirerende og kedelig. Fantastisk området og gåafstand til alt.

Room was quiet and clean - couple items of feedback - the TV remote did not work properly, randomly would change channels; fridge was not cold - when asked at front desk was told that purpose of fridge was not to be cold, but to keep things from getting hot (?), traveling with insulin required cold; dining options were unclear, charged for buffet when instead we just wanted toast and coffee. Staff very nice.

Great staff! The restaurant changed their daily special from (on menus) 15 euros to 20 euros (on bills), but the menus weren’t updated and created a bit of a mess trying to straighten it.

L'insonorisation est médiocre voir horrible dans certains cas. J'entendais tout ce qui ce passait autour de ma chambre ce qui perturbait mon repos et ma tranquillité. Il y a même, pour la première nuit, eu des gouttes d'eau qui tombaient sans cesse sur le toit de l'ouverture de fenêtre ce qui ma empêché de dormir cette nuit là. Il y avait également du manque de finition à certains endroits de la chambre comme les joints de la salle de bains ainsi que sur les murs et plinthes. Il y avait de la poussière dans certains recoins et le téléphone en était couvert. La poignée de la porte coulissante était mal fixée. Sinon le petit déjeuner était correct, l'accueil de la part du personnel aussi. En somme, hormis l'accueil et le petit déjeuner, le séjour est indigne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Hemos estado varias veces, y siempre contentos, pero en esta ocasión hemos salido decepcionados con el servicio de limpieza de la 1ª planta. Me gustaría destacar que, a pesar de reservar con la opción de pagar en el alojamiento, cuando terminó el periodo de cancelación gratuita (20 días antes de la fecha de entrada) el hotel me cargó el importe de las 3 noches. Reclamé a Hoteles.com y solo me ofrecieron la opción de cancelar. La primera mañana nos despertaron los ladridos de un perro a las 8 de la mañana... Estuvo casi 1h ladrando! Nosotros pagamos para descansar, por lo que el hecho de que acepten perros nos parece una pega.

Hotel muy recomendable
Excelente trato y servicio del personal. Instalaciones muy bien conservadas. Habitación muy comoda, moderna y limpia. Toallas Excelentes. Zona tranquila para poder descansar muy bien.
