Dear Hao,First of all thank you for share your experience.I am really sorry you were disappointed with the rooms, but this is a boutique hotel located on an antique palace in the center of Madrid, it means some rooms are quite small, but big enough to have a great stay. Of course, there are different room categories. Next time you come back, we will make sure you get a room you like.Regards
