Staff were great. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Location easy and convenient. But as its on a main road, the noise at night was too loud. Woke up several times every night due to sirens, motorbikes, car horns.

Hard Rock Hotel Madrid
The staff are exceptional - it’s a great hotel with modern rooms, secure, good location. We used their parking, checked in easy with plenty of reception staff who took luggage from the boot to our room. The memorabilia in the open area and halls made going around the hotel fun. Neat gym. Hotel Gran Versalles

Hostal Madrid Atocha
Small room for two. One side of the bed very tight to get in and out of. Don’t love the washroom with lack of privacy. Shower door is terrible and lots of water comes out. Normal eco hotel. Similar to Motel 6 in Canada. Location was good. Staff very nice. Would try elsewhere next time
