"We were assigned our suite on the 4th floor. The elevator only goes to the 3rd floor so you have to carry your stuff up the last flight of stairs. We did not have wifi up there and when we asked about it we were told we must be mistaken. We had 4 people and none of us could get the wifi to work. ..."
