"マチュピチュへ行くために宿泊、列車駅まで迎えに来て下さり、重い荷物を持ってホテルまで行ってくれたので大変助かりました（ちなみに帰りは無し）。部屋は清潔で綺麗で、スタッフもフレンドリーでした。お部屋の使用では、1、スリッパがなかった　2、金庫が閉まらなかったのがちょっと残念でした。概ね合格点のホテルだと思います。"

"What a great group of friendly staff! From arriving at the train station to be met by Ruben who took care of the luggage, got us into the bus and by the time we were up at the hotel our bags were ready for us. Upon arrival we were greeted by Anthony "our shaman". Took care of every detail and gave us a lot of historical information. Have to say everyone from the front desk to the restaurant and bar were excellent and made our (short) stay worth it. Thanks to all!"

"To book through Expedia, better choose pay in advance, to pay at the front desk, there will another 5% credit cards fee. But overall, the hotel is very good, nice location to the ticket office and bus, and people are nice."

"Place was nice on the outside, lobby and dining. The rooms we got wax the deluxe which included dinner and breakfast. At dinner we choose one entree and appetizer and dessert. Food was amazing. Drinks were extra. I guess they don't heat the water at night and trying to take a shower it was super cold. Lots of messages in the rooms for happy hour. No place in shower to put soap bar or anything. Room came with an old school heater. The food made it worth the price but not everything else. Windows...

"We loved our stay at this place. The steps to get up to the hotel is intimidating but there is a secret elevator that can take you up most of the way through Gringo Bill hotel (learn to use this, very important). The hotel is situated on the hills right above the main square so very convenient once you get down. The room was very nice with good hot shower and water pressure. I would definitely consider staying here again on future trip. We did not have the breakfast but it look very basic."

"I didn’t use the breakfast service which it’s on the 6th floor. Very well located, it worth the price, small room just to considered. Just the last day we experienced a situation with the manager and the clerk wich in my opinion was uncomfortable, hope they can manage their internal communication on private."
