While the Location it’s amazing and the surrounding area, the fact that it is on the main strip is super the property itself lacks a lot of attention the lack of flowable running water hot water at that is very minimum you ask for help and they expect you to be OK with lukewarm water in freezing temperature. We didn’t even stay our night. We saw that our needs were not being met. We walked out and went to look for another hotel and accommodation nearby. They’re terrible. I try for four days to get a hold of them before my trip to ask a lot of questions about reviews just like mine. They never got back to me and when I got there, they expected us to be OK with what they had to offer.

Péssimo

Péssimo. O hotel tinha muita coisa velha, estragada. A noite foi horrível, pois os hóspedes faziam muito barulho e o som entrada muito no quarto. Som da rua alto. O banheiro tinha muita coisa estragada.

Quando escolhemos o hotel, pensamos na localização, muito boa. Nos recepcionaram com uma placa na chegada do trem, ótimo. Entretanto o quarto era no 4 andar, sem elevador. Quartos simples, sem amenidades. Acústica ruim, se ouve tudo do corredor. Mas o pior foi acordar às 6AM e a agua do chuveiro não esquentar e tomamos banho frio, pois a água não esquentou (ironia água fria num chuveiro em Águas Calientes). Café da manhã extremamente simples.
