A very good hotel in Tokyo - Machida! Close to train station, fast to reach! It is a bit classic, but good and affordable!! Good breakfast too! Did book again! Will do again in the future!

We stayed for 2 weeks. Hotel is close to the train station and hundreds of stores and restaurants.Everything is within walking distance.Next door there is a supermarket. We chose corner rooms that had plenty of space for 2 people. Great amenities and clean rooms, great views from 11 floor. Highly recommend .

Staff at the main desk was always pleasant and greeted you upon entering. The room was a good size. The door is low. Not for someone taller than six foot. This is not negative- just a warning if you are tall! The bathroom gets steamy.

Nice classic hotel

I always like staying here when I come for work....love the area and the ability to get out and walk around. Only two minor issues to discuss: Parking issue: availability and language being the main problem but it was resolved; Breakfast: wish there were a few more options, eggs need fixing bad (lol), but still filling. Thanks for another great stay, can't wait to come back!!

The hotel has some good views. Room in general was clean. Breakfast was excellant. It was unfortunate that the only available rooms were smoking rooms. I booked anyway because the rest of my party was staying there. Now that I know the area better, I would have picked a different hotel rather than stay in a smoking room.

Good hotel, but uncomfortably hot.

Good location, convenient for shops, stations, supermarkets, buses. Refurbished a long time ago, but still pretty good. Air conditioning was a problem, as it was not possible to change the room temperature, except to make it hotter. Windows do not open, so we were given an electric fan to help against the a/c, which was apparently set to heat lthe entire hotel overnight, whatever guests might prefer. Cool showers and baths necessary during the night to make it possible to sleep at all. Waste of energy for unnecessary heating and electric fan.
