"Elegant historic yet modernized hotel in perfect location."

"The hotel is actually a ship on a river where car cannot reach. But the hotel did not provide any assistance to carry our 2 super huge luggage,1 small luggage, and 2 large backpacks in the rain to the hotel. The facility is very old and not maintained well. Our room was super tiny with no space to store luggage. The carpet was old , and a few cabinets doors were difficult to open due to a missing handles. The bathroom was also very small, and its door doesn’t open completely, but the...

"Nice hotel with a great staff. great location with short walk to the main square. Large breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean with a nice bathroom, and room has AC."

"The room was clean but basic. The pics are as good as it gets. It’s on a pedestrian street so a taxi is unable to go to hotel. At the time I travelled the address is incorrect on Apple and Google Maps. I suggested that they ask it to be changed. The location is very central and walkable to pretty much all the sites."

"Positive: Right in the City Center at macedonia Square. Great breakfast (Menu). Not to expensive Negative: The corners in the bathroom weren't clean. It smelled quite strongly of sewage. Avoid room 110, because the cleaning staff sit opposite it from about 8 a.m. and talk so loudly that you'll fall out of bed. In short: the price/performance ratio is okay, but room 110 is not recommended. It's okay for younger people without high expectations."

"Staff was very nice and tried to help. The reason for 2 stars is for the temperature of the room was 25-26 C. It was way too hot to be comfortable and was unable to sleep because of the temperature. Asked many times to fix it or change rooms, neither of which happened. The entire hotel also smelled like cigarette smoke. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. "

"Lots of choice on the breakfast buffet though would have liked a bigger selection of fresh fruit. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food in the Skybar is excellent. The room was clean and we had a great view. Our shower was huge! Also check out the Finnish sauna which was awesome. The hotel is on a hill and it’s a bit of a walk into town but we love to walk so no problem for us. It’s cheap to get a cab if walking is an issue. "

"The room was big and clean. Staff very friendly. Location of the hotel is excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the speed of internet. Also breakfast was very repetitive."

"The hotel is very close proximity to the old market/bazar. Just come out and take a left and climb the stairs and get down on the other side. You are in the centre, river, monuments, and all related places along with restaurants are there. The taxi from airport cost 1,000 Macedonia Denar equivalent to 17 Euro. If Skopje wants to be the Miami of the Balkans, then this hotel is a vintage Cold War era hideaway where Heino & his male nurse might stay. Walk the Vardar at night, relax."
