The stay was good, and the reception desk was very friendly. Check-in is easy, and lots of parking. The room was big enough, although I would have liked extra towels in the room. It was great to have a microwave, toaster, and kettle in the room, but I didn't feel comfortable washing my dishes in the bathroom sink. Keep in mind if you are coming up on a Tuesday. Most shops and some restaurants are closed. Hotel staff were helpful and recommended a few eateries.

The view from our room was great. It will be good once the Restaurant reopens. I feel that the rooms will need some refurbishing in the near future, otherwise it was serviceable enough.

Really nice stay wasn't sure how was gonna be but exceeded our expectations, walls are a bit thin so any noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard

The property condition is average, spa is impressive, cleanliness is good . Shower is leaking. The location is in the middle of nowhere, have to drive 7 km to the restaurant and supermarket. Surrounding area so dark , no lighting on the road.

The Hotel was very enjoyable. My room gave off a warm cosy vibe and was quite spacious. The spa being an added bonus. A very short trip out of Woodend, which is great for having a drink or meal. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Road noise from Calder freeway was terrible, no dining facilities, no pool. Closest dining places 6 km away. The room itself was fine and the lady on front desk was excelent

Room with a mountain view

We had a relaxing stay with a beautiful view of Mount Macedon. A great location with a nice spa bath and Gisborne and Macedon were only a short drive for dinner. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful establishment!

Had the most special stay over the weekend with my partner, the mountain views were spectacular, the room had a great size spa - best we’ve ever used! The room size was awesome too and the mini bar was used as we didn’t go out except for dinner at the restaurant which was the best meal we’ve ever had. Also had a massage and facial their which was excellent too! The reception staff are so kind and caring, honestly will definitely be returning!

The room was comfortable with beautiful views. Everyone was helpful within what they could provide. However, the bathroom shower seal was loose and water went all over the floor making it very unsafe. No information was provided that the restaurant was closed, resulting in us having to go out for meals. The breakfast option was limited and expensive.
