"We stayed at the 2 bdrm unit and it was perfect. It has a washer/dryer. Great gym also. Staff is friendly and polite. Location is perfect. Close to cafes and restaurants. I would stay here again! Much better than chain hotels."

"Clean room. Noisy, but because it is right in the middle of everything that is somewhat expected. Better quality windows could have dampened the non stop traffic noise at night. The room was a bit on the auster side. You gotta pay extra for room cleaning. Not your traditional hotel, but very central. Used uber, so idk about parking. And never had a chance to check out the roof top bar. Mexico city is full of life and excitement and I would encourage everyone to visit. I wouldn't oppose returning to this hotel also."

"The Hotel is placed in a nice area and the surroundings are good to walk around. The rate was cheap and the rooms too, so you get what you paid for. Weird thing, there was no electrical outlets around the bed so I had to buy an extension cord for my wife's CPAP machine and to charge phones. "

"As a hotels.com VIP member they “upgraded” me to a suite but didn’t tell me they were doing a bunch of construction on the other rooms on the floor. There was a very strong paint and vinyl smell that came in through the vents and made me nauseous at times. When I asked the front desk about it they made excuses rather than simply finding a way to help out. Sometimes all we want is to feel like our concerns are being heard and understood, and I did not get that from them. I shouldn’t have to be the one to find a solution or waste my vacation time having to address hotel problems. "
