"Booked last minute through a third-party based on decent reviews, but this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The property was extremely dark with minimal lighting, which felt unsafe upon arrival. The room was 83° with a non-working AC despite being set to 64°—completely unacceptable for Arizona. The front door was also warped and didn’t fully seal. Staff came to replace the thermostat batteries, but that didn’t fix the issue. They manually turned on the wall unit, but it shut off again within minutes. Trying to resolve the issue was frustrating. The front desk didn’t answer the room phone, and I had to call from my cell to get through. They offered to move me to another room but refused a refund, and there was no maintenance available that night. While documenting everything, I found mold on the door frame and ceiling near the bathroom, along with a visibly dirty chair. During checkout, the situation worsened when the receptionist became rude, raised her voice, and used profanity. Overall, this property is not as advertised and feels more like a low-grade motel than a resort. I would not stay here again."

"The room was clean. The breakfast minimal. A recliner, side chair and office chair were in the room which was appreciated. The rain-type shower was lovely but made rinsing off more difficult. There was no hair dryer but didn't investigate whether I could get one from the desk. Bed was comfortable and many fluffy pillows. The parking was free and convenient. "

"The room had several broken items, desk had a leg missing, chair broken, bathroom wall had panels missing, air conditioning unit on the wall was broken. This room should have never been rented. The front desk staff on arrival could have cared less about their job."
