"The hotel was lovely. It’s a really nice hotel, great location being in the centre of Lyndhurst but surprisingly ample parking too, behind the hotel. Staff were really helpful and attentive. Peter at the front desk and Danielle in the restaurant and bar stood out the most due to their friendliness and attentiveness. "The location was good for my visit to Lyndhurst. Room was small (nothing like the one in the picture) and overlooked a very busy main road. Ask for a room facing the carpark as the traffic noise went on untillate and started again very early. Breakfast was very good"

"Nothing not to like. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Michelle was really chatty and helpful. Great receptionist and bar tender 😆 Breakfast was excellent well cooked and tasty. Pool was clean and enjoyed a lovely swim. Would highly recommend this hotel"
