"Comfortable rooms above a pub less than a two minute walk from Lymington Town railway station and a few minutes to town centre and quayside with restaurants and pubs. Street was fairly quiet at night. Staff friendly and efficient- we left our bags as we arrived early and when we returned later to check in the bags had been taken to our room for us. Would stay again."

"Rooms were very nice and comfortable. We had to leave at 7.30 so could not have breakfast as service started at 8am. Pub part felt soulless and having to sit and drink whilst staff have finished their shift and were chatting to working staff spoilt the quiet atmosphere. To me it felt overpriced for the product we received"

"The little gypsy caravan was lovely and quaint, an experience in itself, everywhere was immaculate and clean, well organised, the continental breakfast was beautiful with a wide range and fresh fruit, the owner recommended we're to eat in the village and drink, it's was excellent to, nice and friendly, overall an excellent experience"

"The breakfast ŕoom was high quality with wooden carved dining chairs and chandeliers. Our guest room was well decorated with good paintings and carved woodwork. and The recliner chair with a footstool was both notable and comfortable. The large sofa was also comfortable. Our balcony with a view of fields beyond would have been a place to relax in on a warm day. The full English Breakfast was both good quality and ample food."

Located in a quiet area but very convenient for town centre, a nice walk along the canal takes you into town. Had a very friendly welcome from James who explained how everything worked. "We stayed at The Royal Swan Ashley Manor. Wickham for one night, my birthday Halloween day. This hotel was excellent, very clean rooms with all that you needed. Twin room with buffet breakfast and pre ordered cooked English breakfast, all just great. Staff all very friendly and happy. Good sized parking bays for my large car. Walked 10 minutes to a local pub. great atmosphere on this special day. Would definitely stay again."
