"We loved our 3 night stay in this apartment. Great location, fantastic rooftop patio with dishes and tables for outdoor dining."

"It was in a great location Nick was very helpful with all of our transportation needs and waiting for us to arrive when our plane was delayed. We only stayed for 2 nights before a cruise so it was the perfect spot"

"Perfect place to stay in Athens. The hosts are excellent communicators and sent a list of recommended restaurants. Incredible attention to detail in the room - everything down to a first aid kit was thought of. And the bed was very comfortable!"

"Our communication with the owner was absolutely the best! Nick was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. It made our visit to Athens smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is spacious and in an excellent location for visiting the Acropolis, the Museum, good food, etc."

"The Niche Hotel in Athens is simply THE BEST hotel to stay at in Athens!!! Hands down!!! It is a beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly located within minutes walk of the Plaka, the Acropolis, and the Acropolis Museum!! It's location alone is worth every penny!! We walked everywhere of importance easily!! You are in the heart of the action! But it is a beautiful serene hotel with a stunning rooftop restaurant that gives the guests breathtaking views of the Acropolis day and night!!!! Absolutely...

"This property was well located in Athens city center and within walking distance to many places. I liked the breakfast and the room cleaness. I had a nice and relaxin stay at this place."

"Excellent location, views and staff."

"Very accommodating, the apartment was spacious and clean. The hosts went out of their way to help when we realized we needed an adaptor for our plugs to charge our phones. Highly recommend."

"The staff and hosts are amazing. We will stay here again"

"Lovely spacious apartment with large windows and balcony overlooking the Acropolis. The view was lovely! Kitchen and bathroom were well appointed. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet for sleeping. The manager was readily available to assist with arranging airport transfers and general questions. This booking was far better than I expected and I would highly recommend it!"

"Clean, spacious rooms and excellent location as most things were within an easy walking distance. "

"I had a wonderful time staying in this property! Very helpful and friendly staff. Make sure you get your WhatsApp situation setup with them before leaving for Athens. They will book you taxi for pick up if you want or even to the airport. Same process as uber."

"Beautiful accomodation. Classic Greek style. Quiet and very comfortable. Great location close to the Acropolis and Acropolis museum. Very helpful staff."

"Sehr schönes zentrales Appartment"

"Great location, but no air-con or electric fan in the guestrooms so very uncomfortable when the weather is warm. Most rooms also face other buildings & houses directly so there is no privacy at all unless you close the curtain all the times. We wer e on honeymoon and we told the hotel in advance & upon check in. Yet they assigned this kind of rooms to us as most of their rooms face their neighbours. It's terrible!"

"Booked a non-smoking room. It was clearly occupied by people who had smoked there for weeks. Everything reeked. Sheets. Air. Towels. The hotel knew this because when we checked in and entered our room, the windows were wide open to the street to air it out.. Also: no suitcase rack, no rowel rack, no steamer or iron (had to ask), no soap (had to ask), and EXTREMELY loud. Herad all the noises from the street and the hallway. Room needs insulation and a proper ventilation to get rid of the second...
