Wenn man wirklich mal nachts ankommt und man nicht das kleingedruckte gelesen hat (steht bei Anreise in der Beschreibung), dann findet man das nicht, zumal die Rezeption in einem anderen Hotel ist. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress.
