It was my 8th stay at this Hotel. I prefer this place because it is near the swimmingpool.I always come there for staying healthy.Would be good If the rolls in the morning were warm.Rooms are big, TV channel was not available

Lovely. Basic but comfortable. Not modern in terms of creature comforts/conveniences but clean, quiet and safe. Location is 10/10 as it’s right in the middle of town square, with the park and a few cafes a few doors down. Staff is so nice and accommodating. No room service but they were sweet and brought me soup to my room. We’ll stay there again when we visit family. Food is good, too!

This property, originally built more than a hundred years ago, has been a hotel for 20 years. They are friendly and kind. Despite not speaking much English, we’re more than willing to use phone translating to speak English to us. The location of the hotel is in a very nice are of town, near a large outdoor public park and several nice churches. The room is a basic accommodation- but spacious. A small fridge and hot water kettle would have improved the stay enormously as we couldn’t have hot tea after a long car journey and our cold groceries went to waste. The rugs in the room also attributed to some slipping in the night since they aren’t rubber-backed. Breakfast was a standard European breakfast, but very nicely displayed in a lovely restaurant. The host was a kind man who was completely attentive to the guests throughout their dining. Parking is behind the hotel in a public lot- but very safe and clean. We would happily stay again.

Expedia bietet normale Standard-Zimmer mit zwei schmalen Einzelbetten als "Premium-Doppelzimmer" an. Das verärgert die Kunden, so auch uns. Veergleiche die Kategorien mit der Hotel-homepage, dort bietet das Hotel deutlich größere sog. LUX-Doppelzimmer an, das sind aber eben nicht die Premium-Zimmer, wie es Expedia fälschlerweise bezeichnet. Diese Zimmer sind normale Standard-Zimmer mit 11 m², da ist nichts von Premium zu spüren. Es wäre fair, andere Bezeichnungen bei Expedia einzufügen, um Kunden nicht zu enttäuschen. Fam. Ralf Claasen

Bardzo dobre śniadanie (bufet szwedzki), czysto, miła i profesjonalna osoba w recepcji. Wszystko było OK, jedynie trafiłem tym razem na pokój z utrudnionym dostępem do gniazdka. Musiałem odsuwać szafke z lampą, aby podłączyć ładowarkę telefonu. Ogólnie pobyt bardzo udany.

Alles fein - Wir kommen gern wieder

Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Von hier aus konnten wir viele Ausflüge und Wanderungen in die Umgebung unternehmen. Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr sehr gut mit Bahn und Bus. Freundliches und nettes Personal. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Lage des Hotels am Boulevard gegenüber dem Schloss ist großartig. Das Personal ist freundlich, das Frühstück und das Restaurant gut. Das Zimmer war schön, aber leider ab 7 Uhr zu laut.

warum nicht

Das Zimmer war eher spartanisch eingerichtet und von geringer Gemütlichkeit. Im Gegensatz zum Gebäude und den öffentlichen Räumlichkeiten ist das dann enttäuschend. Für eine Nacht war das aber OK. Frühstück dagegen sehr gut. Am besten ist die Lage in einer sehr schönen Altstadt.

Das Zimmer war nicht gut gereinigt, Dusche war leichter Dreck und im Zimmer ein Papierschnitzel. Nicht gravierend, aber der Wohlfühlfaktor ist dahin.

Hotel mit Wohlfühlcharakter, weil stimmig gestylt. Zimmer und Bad neu und modern renoviert. Matratzen etwas zu weich. Personal kompetent und freundlich. Frühstück reichhaltig, aber nach einer Woche gab es auch auf Nachfrage keine Konfitüre mehr. Speisekarte reichhaltig und sowohl gutes Essen und schön angerichtet. Tolle Lage an Fußgängerzone und großer Parkanlage. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Hirschberg, Schlösser, Riesengebirge, Breslau, Bad Flinsberg).

Bardzo przyjemny hotel w uroczym miejscu Cieplic.

Po raz pierwszy gościłem w tym hotelu i zarezerwowałem miejsce parkingowe. Zresztą słusznie bo poza parkingiem trudno byłoby znaleźć miejsce. Zabrakło jednak informacji gdzie mam się udać z parkingu, jedyne wejście do budynku prowadziło do kuchni (gdzie też się udałem). Dopiero przemiła pani poinformowała mnie w jakim kierunku mam się udać. To był jednak dopiero początek, później już było zdecydowanie lepiej. Bardzo szybki proces zameldowania, przestronny i bardzo czysty cichy pokój. Obsługa restauracji oraz smaczne potrawy zasługują na wysoką notę. Do tego świetna lokalizacja w uroczym miejscu Cieplic.
