"We were there in mid-October so very much the low season. Wouldn't want to be there in high season - not my scene. Comfortable accommodation with all the basics - small cooker, microwave, fridge, etc. There is a long windy road to approach this place - approx. 2.5km - which has a lot of potholes. You get used to it! We had first line sea view accommodation so great for sunsets, etc."

"The property was a little difficult to find because the sign was quite small, but the staff was extremely helpful, the owner had a wonderful sense of humor and wasn’t excellent host. The view was fantastic and the food was very good. We will book with them again."

The whole place feels calm, fresh and well-maintained — you can tell a lot of care went into every detail. The surroundings are lovely and peaceful, and it’s a great base for exploring Corsica. "A very nice hotel near the center of Calvi. Wonderful staff, very nice room, nice pool and a very good breakfast buffet with local cheese etc. The hotel is walking distance of the port, the center of the city and thr railroad station."
