We stayed in a Grand Suite, but cooling was a major issue, there were only two AC units for four bedrooms and a living room, which is unacceptable. We ended up dragging a mattress into the living room just to stay cool enough to sleep. The second AC unit had its noisy compressor installed directly inside the bathroom, making that space disruptively loud. To top it off, the building...

"An excellent property with exceptional service. Staff were extremely attentive. We ate in La Luce restaurant one evening and visited the spa. The hotel is in a great location with stunning lake views and it’s only a short drive into the centre of Lugano."

"A hard review to write. I gave 5 stars in most areas. The service and the overall property was excellent but for the price we had some issues. The KEY to the room is a huge pain! You only get one key and if you lose it there is a $1000 Swiss franc fee to replace it and a minimum 3 hour wait. Two doors to go through so it is very inconvenient. While the room we had was very large with a bedroom plus a large kitchen/living space with two patios there was only one TV in the living room! No bedroom...
