"Great location "

"The room is spacey & spotless, the staff were quite helpful to our inquiries about tours and booked a taxi to take us to the airport at 3 am. The location is walking distance to most of the attractions. Within 15-20 minutes you can be in one of the palaces in Sejong-daero Jung district. To reach City hall station 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Using the underground from City hall you can be at Myeongdong Exit 15 to access skin care stores 👌😊,eat in one of the affordable restaurants & the beef ribs soup is for the weary travellers 😅, across the road you can go to Lotte store for the high end items. Love the cleanliness of the room, convenience and location it offers. Highly recommended ! 👌 "

"I enjoyed the hotel, nice sized room, a 24hr convenience store, washers and dryers, clean, the area around it isn't touristy but there's good drinking spots and food spots where locals go to. "

"The staff at check in and breakfast were extremely helpful. The room was absolutely amazing. Definitely loved the shower. I was on the 10th floor in this stay (stayed at another Shilla location) and the view was beautiful. Especially at night. Breakfast buffet was okay considering the region and my diet. When I go back I’ll definitely be staying at one of their locations. "

"Everything was great. We enjoyed easy check in and out, the tub was great and we were pleasantly surprised with having a half body dry sauna in our room. It was a quick walk to the train station. "

"The room had everything I needed— mini fridge, coffee, and amenities that made my stay very pleasant. The location is super convenient as it is located near various coffee shops and convenience stores. The train station nearby made getting around Seoul and back to the hotel super easy. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Seoul!"

"Unfortunately, this hotel was way too small. We arrived one day later and were told we still had to pay that night. The rooms weee extremely small. The first room’s outlet was not in the wall. The shower was right in front of the toilet. No curtain was available. The sink leaked water and the door did not shut completely. The room was super small that it was not enough room for luggage’s for three people. The mattresses were hard and the blankets were warm but felt like plastic. They made a rustling noise like plastic bags. The next day, I asked if I would be charged for all five nights if I checked out that day. They said I would be charged for all nights at the regular rate I booked it for. I asked if a manager could consider at least charging only 50 % and the girl at the front desk kindly said they don’t do that. She was very courteous. I left that day and they charged my card the $407.11. One night was enough for me at this hotel. I checked into another hotel with way more space with well functioning sinks, a shower with a shower curtain and tub that I didn’t have to worry about the toilet paper getting wet while I showered. When my teen took a shower, the shower head would not stay in place and it ended up causing water to over flow into the bed areas. I was able to stop it with towels on the floor. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone."
