"View of Lake Lucerne was amazing -great windows and balcony facing the lake. Free bus fare within Lucerne was very helpful. Breakfast was great. The door to the room stopped working (it did not lock) and was not repaired during our stay - communication with 3 different staff members about this issue was not very helpful."

"Stayed 1 night in May 2026. Location was ok - we took bus from train station to Casino-Palace stop and then walked the remainder. Hotel is located up hill and could be difficult to access by foot with heavy luggage. Room was a good size and had beautiful panoramic views of the lake and city. No air conditioning, but with windows open and using provided fan, we were comfortable. Would have preferred to receive Lucerne visitor pass prior to check in so we could have used it for the bus ride from train station to hotel."
