Room looks clean but when I woke up in the morning covered in bites whole of my arms around 50-100 bits. My stay is 10-14 May 2018, it continued they did not go away but seem to progress. I realized that the room was overflowing with these tiny bugs. I immediately showed the manager on duty twice times (not the same manager) where I had bites on my arms but since I could not find any actual bugs in the room, both of them are the same react, they would not offer me any kind of refund or the price of washing my clothing or even change a room. In fact, they essentially accused me of lying and said it would be a Food allergy. I went to see a doctor in Medical center near Lucerne train station I have confirmed with a doctor that what I experienced were bug bites, not an allergic reaction. I had to pay 80 CHF for a doctor letter and medication 40 CHF. Until now (22 May 2018) I came back to Thailand, these bites still apparent and doctor said it may leave my arm a scar.
