My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in October and liked everything about it. The room was large, with a comfy bed, lots of storage and a nice big bathroom with storage as well. Breakfast every morning was a joy, always fresh and plenty of choices and it was nice to chat a bit with Celeste. She has excellent English and was quick to respond to my emails when I had questions before our arrival. I would definitely stay again

Highly recommend Villa Catelli which is within walking distance to Lucca’s city center. Celeste and Valerio are gracious and accommodating hosts who are knowledgeable about all things Lucca. From our daily breakfast beginning with warm croissants, cappuccinos and breakfast items of choice to having our room cleaned and refreshed everyday, it’s one of our favorite B & Bs. Also appreciated free use of bicycles and for a minimal charge, secure on site parking. Hope to return again!

Well if you are going to stay in Lucca this is the place to come to Celeste and family are so welcoming it was as if you had known them for years,communication was great for getting in if she was out, the premises are in a wonderful quiet area about 5mins outside the wall away, to walk from train station around the wall to the exit port about 30 - 45 mins just google to see, the villa has good security ,the bedrooms are fantastic and bed very comfortable,all the information is supplied for getting around and ordering breakfast well worth it it was scrumptious my wife was looked after as gluten free as well,if it was possible to give 12 out of 10 I would don't miss this opportunity for your holiday stay. Also free bike use if you want it and parking on site if needed.

B&B (pas le grand luxe, mais propre, commode, agréable (on n'en demande pas plus!) bien situé à proximité de l'enceinte de la vieille ville avec possibilité de se garer. On s'auto-enregistre (on ne voit personne quand on arrive) mais tout est très bien organisé: message Whatsapp et feuilles d'instruction, plan de la ville, feuille de conseils (restaurants,...) Quand on voit les propriétaires (au petit déjeuner par exemple) on apprécie leur accueil et gentillesse.

Nice b&b just outside the city walls

The owners of this B&B are really nice people, always kind and always ready to answer your questions. The breakfast was really nice. Due to covid restrictions, I had to order the night before what I wanted to have for breakfast, but that was not an issue. They offer free parking and free bikes to go to the city centre. My only two small issues were that I had to work a bit on my computer but there was no electrical outlet next to the desk. I went there in May during a heat wave and I had the AC on. The AC pointed straight to the side of the bed where the pillows are which was not great. Overall, it was a great stay.

The B&B is centrally located and is a safe area, provides off street parking, and is very clean. The staff are very friendly, provided insights into local attractions and recommendations for really good restaurants, and followed Covid protocols.

Excelente lugar, trato y recepción!! Sin problemas con el auto y llegas caminando a Lucca y en bici que te prestan en el hotel! Verdaderamente recomendable para quedarse en una hermosa locación. Caminando a todos lados !! Estacionas tu auto en el hotel y te olvidas por el resto de tu estancia. Elisa magnífica y en todo momentos súper recomendaciones para comer!
