"I wouldn’t recommend this resort. My Check-in and check-out was a disaster on the day of arrival/departure. That staff has no sense of urgency to get the lines down. Everything moves extremely slowly. The process is unorganized and lengthy. The staff doesn’t accommodate extending your room for a few hours if you have an afternoon flight. The food options weren’t a theme every night the food served looked like they were cleaning out their refrigerator every night. I loved the excursions...

"We stayed there for 4 days. Overall the stay was wonderful. Lovely staff they were kind and helpful. Our room was clean and mini fridge full at all times. We received 4 complimentary alcohol bottles in our room. Pool was clean and heated. The view of Maho beach is amazing. One downside is the portofino restaurant we went there one night for dinner and never went back. The staff was rude and it took them 2 hours to get our food. Azul on the other hand has amazing service and food."

"The all inclusive Amenity was a waste of money. They did not come to the room to replenish what was in the refrigerator rather you had to search for place on the property to do it yourself. The employee in the grocery store located on the property was extremely rude. Most of the staff in general were not helpful at all. The resort was extremely difficult to move around. Staff never come to clean my room no day what I stayed on the resort. I would not recommend this resort at all! My parents...

"Amazing boutique hotel!!! This is our third year coming back. The beach is one of the best in all of the island. Walking distance to the best French restaurants. The staff are amazing. You can get service at the beach from the Sunset cafe restaurant. The sunsets are to die for. Pool is amazing. Overall a 10/10. I recommend to all of my friends and family."
