"Perfect place to stay for Bristol trip. Stayed 2 nights and couldn’t fault it. The rooms were spotless, the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot with great pressure. Staff at reception were super friendly and gave us great local food tips. The location made it easy to walk the local retail park and train station in 12 min. Breakfast has everything you need to start the day. Special thanks to customer assistant for her support during checking in. Great value - will book again next time I visit...

"What a pleasant experience, that I was not expecting from a budget hotel chain. I wanted a stop over and found the hotel to be excellent value, clean, comfortable and just what I needed for a very affordable price. The room was adequate for my needs, basic but still very well structured with coffee/tea amenities, small shower area and a comfortable bed. "We had a good stay at the Sloop Inn. Lovely friendly staff. The best breakfast. The property is a little dated, and the bed isn't the most comfortable, but it was all good for a one-night stay. Would recommend."

"The hotel smelled of humidity. The TV in the room didn't work. I went to change the remote control 4 times. Finally, I asked them to test it in the room to see if it worked. They put the remote control down and left. I went upstairs and the TV still didn't work. Since I can't sleep without a TV, it was important to me. The hotel is definitely not worth the price they are asking. And they are especially asking for extra parking from the customers who have already stayed"

"Got a really good price on a room with a gym on site. There was decent parking available and I got parked up near the entrance. I had a room on the ground floor which was close to the gym as well as the entrance. The room was pretty standard but what was required for me. I got shown to the gym which had new equipment and had plenty to choose from. I was then told it was an extra £5 to use it which would have been nice to know as part of booking the stay.
