"The property was great! The room was a little hot the ac didn’t work that well. The room and the property was pretty clean for the most part. The property was a little dated but overall it was a great place and nice staff."

"The hostess/ staff was amazing! Walking the property check in and making sure everyone had their needs met. She even decorated and brought a cupcake for my husband as we were celebrating his birthday. Very thoughtful! Very clean and enjoyable place. Love the quiet no kids, relaxing vibe! Kayaking and paddle boarding along the coast was great too. The sunsets from the property were amazing!"

"Ovetall, this property does give you the typical Florida keys charm and is very cute. Fun outdoor games for families, kayaks and bikes were lovely. The pool they could not keep clean with iguana poop and debris all 3 nights we were there but the one day we used it, it was lovely. The room: The 2 beds were king size which is practically unheard of and to our surprise, the room was huge. Decorated tastefully, night stand was wonky and wobbly but overall the room was great! "The room wasn’t the most luxurious and needed work. The pool needs a reface as well, but the location and the boat ramp was great and we were able to get across to the sand bar in no time! The staff was helpful, the location is absolutely amazing, the scenery is amazing, and the convenience of launching there was a great perk! Definitely recommend if you want something laid back, a great view, and convenient. Definitely call before booking and let them know about your plans for launching!...

"Convenient to Publix. Marina not usable at low tide. Room to park boat trailer limited Issues with AC, had to be relocated to a room that was a downgrade Lots of good restaurants in the area Staff doesn't speak when you run into them around the property. Cost is the draw here, less expensive than neighboring hotels. Place is at least 50 years old Nice sitting area underneath one of the buildings. Stays cool. Saw a lot of college kids while there."

"The property is beautiful. The pool is amazing. It's a walk in pool that gradually gets deeper to a tall rock formation with a waterfall cascading down with cool refreshing water. You can relax in the pool with a picturesque ocean view. The property is owner operated, so much love goes into the care of the property."

"The property was beautiful as soon as we pulled up we were greeted by a woman on a golf cart. She was so happy and helpful. It made us feel comfortable right away, showed us to the front desk and she was also so very friendly. I wish I remembered their names. We got an ocean view. It also overlooked the pool and tiki bar and beach. The rooms were clean. Our balcony had very comfortable seating. We sat outside all night and walked to the property around the marina. I would definitely come back."

"It’s a rustic setting and our villa said ocean view but you could only see the ocean if you stepped outside of the villa. Inside you saw the next villa or parking lot. Good for boating"

"The "suite" was a single room with a king and pullout sofa, there was no separation. So if you are traveling with children be aware that this is the same as a double queen at any other hotel room."
