Great experience- plenty to do or you can do nothing- very clean property- food was great- drinks were cold- Plenty of boats going by- Staff was friendly always asking if they could help with anything- highly recommended.

The shuttle service, the food, and the staff were great! I just wish there were a little more scheduled activities to do at the resort for the price you pay to stay there.

We loved the hotel. Perfect weekend getaway with our dog. It really is pet friendly and everyone is super nice. Loved all the dinning options as well as the amount of different spaces to be at. Definitely will be coming back!

Great, but eat off property

Property and service were great. Food was not great. Very difficult to find options for a picky eater. Had to DoorDash Wendy’s several times.

I asked for a room with balcony and they assigned me one in the ground floor with no balcony. Room’s fridge didn’t cool. Just lights on but not cold at all. Cleaning service started banging cabinet doors and talking like nobody were in the rooms sleeping. Very disrespectful. For a $506/night + hotel fee $58 I was expecting much more.

I typically rate this property well. I have stayed here before and had been waiting for the newly renovated and purchased property from Marriott. It would have been great had we known the pool that overlooks the water would be closed and the raw bar that also overlooks the water was closed for the week. These are the most highlighted areas on sites & social media. I was so disappointed as I brought friends for their first time visit to come up as a flop. They are used to an all inclusive resort so to be paying a ton for food, drinks, and then resort fees when you had no access to the biggest amenities show cased for the resort was mind boggling and infuriating.

Stayed here before when it was the Post Card Inn, and it seemed friendlier. We had to wait an hour to check in because the computer system was down, no compensation was given and at this level I would have at least expected a free drink! Rooms were clean and the area was well kept. We stayed for four nights and one day we did not get maid service till 5:30 while we were getting ready to go to dinner. Good location but questionable value.

The property and our room were excellent, along with the housekeeping. We had breakfast at Mercado Mercado everyday and the food and service was excellent. Service at the pool and beach were excellent as well. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The dinner food at Mercado Merado and Tiki-Bar was very good also, but the service was very poor. It was good at breakfast at Mercado Merado, but not at dinner. Service at Tiki-Bar was terrible all day. Bar tenders were very in experienced and oblivious to new customers that came to the bar. It would take 10-15 minutes to even be acknowledged that I sat down. My wife asked for Bailey’s Irish cream in her after dinner coffee and all three bartenders did know what it was and said they didn’t have it. Another bartender came by and pulled it out of their fridge. Other than some service issues we had a great time, but for the price, there shouldn’t be any service issues.

Yo visite esta propiedad en el 2020 y estaba maltratada Ahora viajo de nuevo 9/17/25 y me encuentro algo muy bonito y nuevo todo. parece que cambiaron los trabajadores también porque ahora todos son muy servicial y muy profecíonales en fin recomiendo este hotel 100% gracias

Tienen pocas actividades recreativas, estábamos jugando dominó (llevado por nosotros) y nos pidieron que desalojáramos el dominó, la bebida y la comida ( compradas en su propiedad alguna de ellos), me dijo que es propiedad privada y podían hacer eso. No me parece correcto.
