"We had a terrible check-in, not the resorts fault but Expedia. We were on the phone for over an hour with expedia customer service goung back and forth about our check in time, but luckily when we got there the worker was super friendly and had everything ready for us. Its a very neat experience and cozy. Very good layout for the size of boathouse so nothing felt crammed. Overall would definitely go again. In fact, we booked another night there."

"Hotel pictures online have not been updated to current condition. All room doors are located outside. Gaps under the door which can let bugs in. After checking into our room, my family brought dinner to the room. After about 15 mins our counter and food was covered in ants. Ants were also in the bedroom and bathroom. Made our concern known to the front staff and all we were offered was a refund of the resort fee. Lot of money to pay to stay somewhere that has a bug issue. Will not stay there...

"Location is good. Close to Key West with a comparatively affordable price. Would be nice if they had a beach for swimming. Facilities also need some uplifting. "

"I questioned this property when we booked but everything was a 5 star. The property was clean safe and it a great area. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The breakfast was good and the happy hour was very good with nice wines that wernt cheap. The staff was great and always willing to help. They had bikes and golf carts to rent. The Lfyt/Uber ride is only 10 minutes to and from the airport. A car is not necessary to rent. We will be staying there again next...

"We had a great time. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The beach and two pools are perfectly located. A easy walk to Duval st. The rooms are nice but not much storage or closet space for clothing. The showers could use some shelving for personal shower products. The food and drinks are outrageously expensive, so you may wa t to think about dinner and drinks elsewhere. Overall we really loved the place. The staff was amazing. We will come back next year. "

"Never responded to calls about the room fan. I got it on but called again to get it turned off. Was totally ignored. House cleaning worked on the adjacent room while we were testing and slammed the door numerous times to let them know we were sleeping. Lobby staff was ok but we were also duped by Expedia as to the room. I expected a view other than the hallway and was very disappointed that the staff could not resolve this. Also not enough pool chairs that were not torn and In poor condition....
