"My wife and I stayed one night on a motorcycle trip. The staff tried hard to welcome us even our French wasn’t very good. The evening meal was also very good. Our only niggle is that despite an heat wave the bar/cafe still didn’t open until 6.30pm and there were no other facilities in the village."

"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. "Bien situé au coeur de Cauterets. Hotel avec beaucoup de charme. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Les oreillers étaient vraiment dures toutefois. C’était inconfortable Nous avions mal au cou. Il est aussi difficile de se stationner près de l’hôtel, mais il y a des stationnements disponibles à quelques centaines de mètres."
