"Very clean and spacious apartment. Great location and very friendly stuff. Will definitely stay here when I’m back in Bogota next time. "

"Starting my time there was rough, no hot water, water was not clean, pool area was messy, but the dirty water was due to a waterline break (nothing they can do about that) and they offered us the ability to go shower at another location. The pool area was because construction next door and dust and Styrofoam falling down but when we asked they came to clean no problem. The no hot water was due to someone accidentally shutting it off and they fixed it quickly. The staff was amazing and did...

"Lobby & eating areas were clean. Breakfast was decent. View from room was basic. There is hot water, an iron board and iron. Room has a full length mirror. Staff was very helpful and patient with us as non spanish speakers. Room was spacious enough for 2. Located close to restaurants/cafes. Noted concern: marks on bed linens as if it was dirty. Sheets/pillowcases weren't changed after they were advised. We stayed for 6 nights. Though room service visited daily, towels weren't always changed."

"Nos encantó, excelente servicio"
