The staff was very friendly. The rooms were great. The buffet breakfast with made to order eggs was delicious. Finally, the price was unbeatable: we got two executive suites for two nights each and paid about $350. Would definitely stay here again!! Do know that it’s about a 20-30 ride from the main tourist attractions, but that is only a $5 uber ride.

I like the hotel . very nice and staff so friendly . The only thing I will suggest to the hotel . About people that we have dual citizenship, colombian and other nationality more flexibility about the Iva ( taxes ) in other hotels I don’t have to pay it . The rest is a nice hotel .

Nico were very nice but with the first room that they gave me we had a lot of issues witch it hade termitas inmediatamente they gave us another room. This was the only issue that we had with this hotel everything else they were very nice and professional.

Staff are friendly and amazingly helpful. Hotels.com status entitled me to a free bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. Accommodations were very nice. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night so I couldn't see it all, but everything I did experience was great. Will return!

Hotel Stay from Oct 30 to Nov 1st

The lobby was very beautiful! I had the grand double room and it was wonderful and spacious. The tv in the room was the best feature and the bathroom was very nice and shower had hot water. Overall, friendly staff and excellent location. The only problem I had was being charged for a 3rd guest even though it was only two people (myself included).
