I enjoyed the soup on the dinning hall. The lady on the dinning hall was so nice and courtesy mannered. Specially, the soup and wine, I enjoyed.

Paper cups to make tea and in the bathroom. The property is old and with a small fridge and plastic cups/ beakers (tea O water) it would be three star hotel. I repeat the staff were friendly and hotel was clean which is GOOD.

Hôtel bien situé par rapport à la basilique.. Ensuite je pense qu un petit rafraîchissement des chambres s imposerait, mais pour de courts séjours ça passe.. sinon tous les équipements sont fonctionnels, il y a 2 ascenseurs qui sont appréciables vus le flux de gens..

Die Lage war perfekt in der Nähe der Kirche. Es war ziemlich zentral. Uns wurden auch Rollstuhl Möglichkeiren angeboten für Ältere. Leider sind die Putzkräfte immer ohne zu Klopfen direkt reingekommen. Ansonsten war das Personal freundlich. Parkmöglichkeiten mit VIP Access gab es auch.

Très bien

Un hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter Lourdes à pied. Le sanctuaire est à 10min à pied. Les grottes sont à 25 min à pied. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil zt serviable. Les chambres sont correctes et la literie très confortable.

A well located hotel with free parking very close. The staff were all very helpful and spoke good English. The hotel was well presented and the bedroom was spacious and serviced every day. The only negative we had was the time of breakfast, 7am until 9am. However, there were plenty of cafes and bars nearby.

Problème d'isolation

Réceptionniste sympathique, très bon accueil. Je mets une mauvaise note parce qu'il y a un vrai problème d'isolation et de plomberie dans cet hôtel. Bien qu'il soit naturel d'aller à la selle, c'est un problème d'entendre le "plouf" de ses voisins d'hôtel (ainsi que le bruit d'urine dans les WC et les chasses d'eau). Tout le confort du monde et la gentillesse du personnel ne peuvent contre balancer ce gros problème.

I booked through hotel.com for double bed room i went to check in they told me there no name been booked on your name after few minutes conversation they said yer we have your booking i got my key and when i got in the room they gave me a staff room i it was single bed and ful.of dust i went to asked them. This is wht i booked they said sorry we dont have any rooms if you want you can find another hotel and i couldn't sleep whole noght because of noice from upstairs toilet flash and noise from restaurants the room number was 223 i ll not stay in this hotel anymore

Great size room, clean and convenient by city bus

The room was nice and large, bathroom was marble and also a great size incl. bidet. Location was great. Located on the other side of the bridge across from Hotel Alba . We had a great view of the mountains and the river. Hotel is an easy 15 min casual walk to the Basilica, 20/25 to the central business area. No air con, but had a large window that you could keep open. wifi was reliable. Only qualm was the breakfast. It was the only hotel that included breakfast and by the time we arrived at 9:00 AM, most of the items were gone. Had to request for replenishment but only a bare minimum. Ended up drinking tea and eating a croissant. 2 of 3 reception folk odd. Lady with ponytail super friendly.

Great value

Big clean quiet room with comfortable bed and excellent shower. Within walking distance to all the activities related to the Lourdes grotto. On leaving, the receptionist told me I should be paying 20 Euros for parking and brekky as the website had incorrect information. I explained that I had chosen the hotel because it had free breakfast and free parking. I had already paid online and had no intention of paying more. She understood reluctantly and was very pleasant.
