"Run down, hard beds, housekeeping staff messed with my party before we got in the elevator and she pressed all the upper floors so we had to go all the way up and stop on each floor before going downstairs to check out. She was laughing as the elevator door closed on us. Unprofessional!! Will not be back"

"The property was clean. Our room felt a little run down. Parts of the carpet, couch and bathtub had a lot of wear. Room was very spacious (king suite). It is very close to the highway and our room was on the highway side. If noise bothers you, not the best stay or request a room on the parking lot side. Only other complaint was the 8 am call wanting our check out time. Check out is 11. Assume we are checking out then. "
