A one star review on the motel when you never stayed here you booked on line through Expedia as a prepaid reservation and Expedia totally messed up the reservation charging your CC card and then giving the motel no virtual CC information in order to check you in nothing, Expedia is the one your problem is with not the motel you did not book the reservation with America's Best Value Inn and without any prepaid CC info could not check you in and then Expedia did want to straightening out there mess that they created wanting the motel to make all these calls to there different divisions which was do to there mistakes this motel was not the bad guys Expedia is who your one star review is for you never stayed here all this motel got was a bad review and bad attitudes this is a Frivolous review.

Dust Mites are invisible the the naked eye, also looks like a call to the front office if this was the case would have been the way to resolve and help solve this complaint.

Not sure how to read this review, the room was inspected and no red stains on walls or carpet were found also no trash under the Mattress and as far as falling apart were still here doing business, have people in that same room for 4 days now and no complaints also you stayed for two nights without a complaint to the front office or to housekeeping.

There is 16 cameras all parking lots walkways and rooms 24 hour surveillance people from out of state visiting other relatives people uniting together this is a motel where people come and go 600feet convenient location from interstate 75 exterior entrance to rooms security and safety is a high priority .

IF u book a room online which u did there is no confirmation or guarantee on a smoking room, only through the front desk reservation we have some cats in the woods near by but not 50-75 on the property, up at the motel. The room has been rented on a daily basis and requested. There is paperwork posted in the office on our heath dept scores we have never failed our inspection this is your opinion but not all feels this way as u do our staff and management agrees that we cannot give a refund after a nearly a 12 hour stay and bending our key card up and throwing in the office floor was unacceptable this review is unfair .

Hello Leah thank you for taking time sending in your review . Leah yes there are two many cats that live in the woods below the motel we have been having them trapped spaded & neutered and vaccine shots all animals shelters in this area are kill facilities if a home is not found three to five days not good euthanized working on homes for them, continental breakfast 6:30 to 9:30 a.m in office shampoo bottles are not refilled ordering new drapes to block out light, lit up parking for safety and security and security cameras, once again Thank you Leah.

Hi Melissa we are a budget motel and the rooms have been renovated since the web pictures were taking Motel it was built in 1982 when the worlds fair came to Knoxville Tn this was booked on Expedia I did void the sale which was a prepaid transaction as far as the charges Expedia charges your card and then I charge there card not yours very sorry not your comfort level .Rick Manager.
