Beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure and warm. Kept luggage for free with an early arrival. Definitely recommend to my family and friends!"

"We love the Aparthotel Stare Miasto in Kraków. This time, we brought another couple with us, and they were delighted as well. Our friend, upon seeing her room, exclaimed, "I feel like I'm in a castle - a medieval castle." The brick walls and stone floors, mixed with modern facilities, are stunning and inviting. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom clean. The breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. We hope to visit again soon."

Everything was handled seamlessly, which immediately put me at ease and set the tone for the whole trip. A huge shout-out to Monika and Prince, along with the entire Sheraton Grand team. Their hospitality truly elevated my stay and made it feel special from start to finish. The location is unbeatable - right beside Wavel Castle and within perfect walking distance of everything you need to see and do in Kraków. Whether exploring the Old Town, dining by the river, or simply soaking up the atmosphere, you couldn’t ask for a better base.
